Job Responsibilities of Telecaller
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their requirement.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Making inbound and outbound telephone calls to persuade customers to purchase company product/Service.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Work experience as a Telecaller or a similar role in the Sales Department.
- Professional certification sales and marketing will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Good time management abilities.
- Promptly resolve customer complaints.
- Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.

Both male /female

Freshers or experienced

For fresher salary 10k and for experience-15 to 18k

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida - Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 2 years (preferred)
- tele sales: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
