The Banquet Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating all activities related to banquet functions, including event planning, logistics, staffing, and customer service. They work closely with clients to ensure their event is executed smoothly, providing exceptional service and maintaining high operational standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Planning and Coordination**:

- Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements, including layout, food and beverage, guest count, and specific requests.
- Prepare and review event orders (BEOs) to ensure all details, including room setup, AV equipment, catering, and service, are accurately planned.
- Coordinate with various departments (catering, kitchen, AV, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure seamless event execution.
- **On-Site Event Management**:

- Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet rooms, ensuring that all equipment, decor, and seating arrangements meet the event specifications.
- Supervise banquet staff during events to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Address any client concerns or issues during the event to ensure satisfaction.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Provide excellent customer service by proactively communicating with clients and anticipating their needs before, during, and after the event.
- Assist with menu selection and suggest suitable food and beverage options based on client preferences and budget.
- Ensure that events run smoothly, staying within the designated timeframes and budget.
- **Staff Supervision and Training**:

- Supervise and guide banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and setup crews, ensuring that they deliver high-quality service.
- Provide training and direction to staff to maintain high standards of performance.
- Assign roles and responsibilities to banquet team members based on event requirements.
- **Budget and Cost Control**:

- Help manage event budgets, ensuring that all aspects of the event remain within the specified budget.
- Monitor event expenses, such as food and beverage costs, to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
- Assist with billing and invoicing post-event, ensuring that all charges are accurately captured.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure that all events comply with safety standards, health regulations, and venue policies.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of banquet spaces before, during, and after events.
- Handle any emergencies or issues that arise in compliance with safety procedures.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of events, including client preferences, feedback, and any special requirements for future reference.
- Provide feedback and post-event reports to management regarding the success of the event and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in banquet or event management, or a related hospitality role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with clients and team members.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, event planning software, and customer service standards.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

**Work Environment**:

- The Banquet Executive works primarily in event venues, including banquet halls, meeting rooms, or outdoor event spaces.
- The role may require long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
- Physical requirements may include standing for extended periods, walking, and overseeing setup and breakdown.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
