**Job Description**:
We are seeking a young, energetic, and dynamic Female Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in the beauty and cosmetics industry. This role requires outdoor work and focuses on promoting and selling our products to potential customers, driving brand awareness, and expanding market reach.

Key Responsibilities:
Actively engage in field sales, promoting our beauty and cosmetic products to potential customers.

Build and maintain relationships with clients and retail partners.

Develop and implement outdoor marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.

Attend events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to boost product awareness.

Achieve sales targets and report on daily activities and progress.

Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to clients.

Qualifications & Skills:
Passion for beauty and cosmetic products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable with outdoor work.

Prior experience in sales or marketing is a plus, but not mandatory.

Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Outdoor marketing experience is an added advantage.
