**Responsibilities**
- To greet customer in the store on their arrival
- To identify customer needs and provide necessary assistance
- To present products/apparels as per customers requirement
- To convert potential customers and generate lead
- To ensure customers carry only three garments at a time in trial room
- Responsible to generate and achieve sales target for company
- To ensure merchandised is neatly displayed, arranged, and organized on racks all the time
- To send photos of merchandise display on whatsapp group as per company policy
- To send brand sales report daily on concerned whatsapp group as per company’s policy
- To change merchandise on display mannequins from time to time
- To write details of stock received at the store for purchase
- To stick barcodes on the merchandise as per SOP of company
- To enroll maximum customer in Pintoo’s loyalty program
- To note down customer’s contact information in case of non-availability of stock and call the customer after stock replenishment
- To arrange for photos of merchandise from other branches on whatsapp as per customer requirement
- To show merchandise to customers on video call as per customer requirements
- To ensure counters are cluttered free, garments are folded and well arranged all the time
- To enhance customer experience by providing excellent service

**Requirements / Eligibility criteria**

**Education**

SSC passed

**Experience**

Minimum 2 year of experience in retail sales in kids wear preferred

**Skills**
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and convincing
- Should be result oriented
- Ability to work and achieve targets under pressure
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Fluent in Hindi and Gujarati

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 2 years (required)
