We are looking for a
**Salesforce Administrator **to join our growing team You will be a key player in building and maintaining current and new processes that rely on Salesforce Sales Cloud to function and/or for reporting.
This critical role will report to the Director of Salesforce Operations and will work closely with Bounteous' Growth, Client Service, Finance, and Marketing teams, with a goal of growing our operational efficiencies through the maintenance, development, and internal advocacy around Salesforce.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Serve as supporting system administrator for the Salesforce environment with 100+ users
- Handle basic administrative functions including reporting, user maintenance, custom dashboards, reports, alerts, flows, and other routine tasks
- Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests
- Recommend additional Salesforce features, tools, or third-party additions that may improve process or workflows
- Work in conjunction with the Director of Salesforce Operations to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
- Assist in training of new users; grow the Salesforce skillset across the organization
- Maintain data collection for integrity and accuracy, including cleansing and duplicate record management
- Manage operational requests and reporting, including customer analysis and individual views; troubleshoot issues
- Support a variety of teams with financial forecasting, opportunity tracking, staffing and resourcing, and marketing and qualification
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
- Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom objects, formula fields, flows, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Excellent data management abilities
- A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
