**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Knowledge in bidding on platforms like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, Fiver and PPH. Upwork experience is a must and a strong profile on one or more mentioned platforms is a bonus.
- Create a strong pipeline of new projects.
- Build quality and competitive proposals.
- Quality project selection and bidding.
- Excellent time management and organization
- Interact with potential clients as per schedule and close deals.
- Constantly provide suggestions and improve bidding by learning the latest trends.
- Communicate and present effectively to all the client levels.
- Daily reporting to manager for work done and defining strategies

Desired Skills
- Any Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- You are a hunter with a passion for bidding and new business opportunities.
- Self-motivated team player and an excellent networker.
- Sales-driven, analytical, creative, and result-oriented.
- Ability to thrive in an intensely competitive and dynamic market.
- Have great proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills
- Be a motivated and focused individual with great organizational and interpersonal skills
- Should have English proficiency

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
