**Key Responsibility**:

- Assist customers in filling and submitting government forms (e.g., Shop Act, Udyam, Rent Agreement, PAN Card, Income & Domicile Certificates, etc.)
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Operate MS Word and MS Excel for documentation and reporting.
- Guide customers through online procedures and document requirements.
- Provide clear and professional customer support.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling customer information.
- Manage basic computer tasks, internet research, and form submissions.
- Coordinate with internal staff and government portals to ensure timely service delivery.

**Qualification Required**: Minimum - 12th Pass (HSC)

- MS Word & MS Excel
- Typing and Data Entry
- Record Keeping and Data Handling
- Customer Service
- Good Communication Skills
- Proficiency in Computer & Internet Usage
- Basic Knowledge of Online Surfing and Government Portals
