**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct structured training sessions on SAP Functional (MM, SD, FICO, PP,WM) and Technical (ABAP) modules.
- Develop training materials, case studies, exercises, and real-time project simulations.
- Deliver engaging sessions in both online environments.
- Evaluate trainees’ progress through assessments, projects, and feedback.
- Stay updated with SAP version upgrades and best practices.
- Guide students in interview preparation, resume building, and SAP certification processes.
- Customize content as per industry requirements and learner profiles (freshers/professionals).
- Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and feedback collection.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP (Functional/Technical).
- Prior experience in training delivery or mentoring roles is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of at least 1 functional modules.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learner groups.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Engineering, Commerce, IT, or related field.
