As a Junior Digital Marketer at 42Souls, you will play a pivotal role in our digital marketing efforts, focusing on managing and developing WordPress websites, creating compelling graphic assets, and implementing effective SEO, PPC, content writing, and link-building strategies. This role demands a balance of creativity, technical proficiency, and excellent communication skills, all aimed at enhancing our multiple brand's online presence and driving digital performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage, and optimize WordPress websites to ensure functionality, user-friendliness, and visual appeal.
- Design and create graphic assets for digital campaigns, websites, and social media platforms.
- Conduct SEO audits and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and visibility.
- Manage PPC campaigns, analyze performance data, and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Craft engaging and SEO-friendly content for blogs, websites, and social media.
- Execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and referral traffic.
- Monitor digital marketing trends and technologies, suggesting and implementing new strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive digital marketing campaigns.
- Report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. (optional)
- Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly with WordPress, SEO, PPC, and content creation.
- Strong graphic design skills, with proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent command of English, with the ability to produce clear, compelling copy.
- Understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
- A proactive, creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
