**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter, verify, and update data in company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered.
- Review, correct, and maintain existing data records.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
- Generate reports and provide data as requested by management.
- Maintain data confidentiality and follow company data security policies.
- Meet daily/weekly data entry targets and deadlines.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role preferred.
- Intermediate in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Intermediate typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Intermediate communication skills.
- High school diploma required; additional certifications in office management (Optional) or data-related fields are a plus.
