Job Description: Data Entry Operator (AMC Department) Position Overview: The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for managing and processing data related to the AMC department. This role involves entering, verifying, and maintaining various forms of data, preparing reports, and assisting with clerical tasks to ensure smooth operational workflows. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Entry & Management: - Input customer and account data from source documents (AMC Service Reports, Complaint Reports, Delivery Challans) into digital databases (Scan) within time limits. - Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities for efficient data entry. - Maintain and update digital and physical filing systems, ensuring records are organized and accessible. - Store AMC Service photos and documents on the server. 2. Documentation & Reporting: - Generate reports such as AMC Service Report Summary and AMC Complaint Report Summary. - Assist in preparing and tracking AMC-related documentation (scanning, naming files, foldering). - Confirm AMC reports are prepared as per schedule. - Follow up on "To Send Quote to Client" tasks. 3. Research & Accuracy: - Research missing information for incomplete documents. - Examine documents for accuracy and report inconsistencies to the supervisor. - Validate and check employee travel expenses with the schedule and assist in salary calculations for the AMC department. - Ensure confidentiality of all data entered. 4. Communication & Follow-Up: - Respond to queries and access relevant files to provide requested information. - Coordinate AMC Service Schedule messages and follow up on complaints to ensure timely resolution. - Assist with internal communication, including follow-up on service and complaint closure. 5. Requirements and Skills: - Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator (0-2 years preferred). - Fast typing skills and high attention to detail. - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Advance Excel) and basic knowledge of Tally. - Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. - Strong command of English (written and verbal) with customer service skills. - Ability to work under deadlines with a sense of ownership and pride in your work. Additional Tasks: - Monitor databases for errors or inconsistencies, generating and exporting relevant reports. - Assist in managing office supplies and handling basic clerical duties such as scanning, filing, and printing. - Discuss and get necessary approvals on salary calculations and follow up with the Accounts Department. Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift **Education**: - Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred) **Experience**: - Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred) - total work: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred) Work Location: In person
