**ROLES AND RESPONSIILITIES**

1. Ability to create extremely photorealistic, exterior, interiors and landscape visuals.

2. Connect lead designers brief into 2D and CAD and further into 3D’s MAX.

3. Ability to understand and handle architectural CAD drawings.

4. Capable of modeling projects from minimum sketches and supervision.

5. Provide efficient modeling and converting drawings from CAD and other modeling packages.

6. Work on architectural and interior 3D modeling, texturing, lightning, rendering on visuals.

7. Ability to create extremely photorealistic exterior, interior and landscape visuals.

8. Convert lead designers brief into 2D CAD & further into 3d’s MAX.

9. Prepare final renders and presentations for clients.

10. Work closely with a design team.

11. Stay updated with latest software used in the visualization field & research and decide on materials and products to achieve realistic images.

**SKILLS**

1. 5 TO 7 years experience in designing residential interior spaces ideally with international projects experience.

2. Experience in producing high quality architectural/ interior still images and animations.

3. Fully conversant in using an creating modeling from architectural plans, sketches, elevations, and knowledge of related visualization techniques and photo realistic rendering techniques.

4. Expertise in layout, color lightning materials selection, custom furniture, landscapes and proficient modeling skills.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

6. Ability to work as part of a team and to respond proactively and when required.

7. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables to tight deadlines.

8. Attention to detail.

9. Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.

10. Presentation skills.

11. Project and time management skills.

12. Good awareness of design trends and creative thinking.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
