**PROFILE**

**1.** Working closely with architectural and design teams to plan & visualize construction projects.

**2.** Presenting and explaining visuals to Colleagues and clients.

**3.** Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible.

**4.** Assisting with planning decisions.

**5.** Creating both static visualizations and animations CGI computer generated imagery.’

**6.** Working with industry standard design tools and programs

**7.** Visualizing building concepts in various graphic mediums.

**8.** Keeping up-to date with relevant software advances.

**9.** Producing high quality atmospheric visualizations for completion & client presentations.

**10.** Producing 3D views related to architectural and Interior finishing.

**12.** Rendering in 3D studio max and post production in Photoshop.

**13.** Supporting architectural teams to produce visualizations for presentation.

**14.** Making samples for productive effective presentations in house as required.

**15.** Building up specially designed models 2D & 3D for interior design details.

**16.** Producing image boards and preparing samples boards for the interior design works.

**17.** 3D perspective and photo realistic high end rendering.

**18.** Solving the toughest design challenges together with the other designers and delivering them pixel perfect.

**19.** Build and render 3D visualization for interior and exterior designs with excellent quality.

**REQUIREMENTS**

1. Proficiency in 3D’s max, Photoshop & v-ray/ corona.

2. Knowledge of V-ray/ Revit/3d Micro station.

3. The ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings, models and concepts.

4. The ability to achieve high quality outputs in a variety of media.

5. String technical knowledge on the production of images and illustrations.

6. A keen eye for details, composition and visual narrative.

7. Excellent level of proficiency with 3D’s max, V-ray Photo-shop (3d’s max is must).

8. Create a variety of 3d environments.

9. Experience in design workout.

10. Experience in follow up implementation of 3D design.

11. Ability to create both high and low poly models.

12. Experience with physically based rendering.

13. Excellent eye for lightning, color and details.

14. Understanding client brand guidelines to ensure design meets client requirements.

15. Full awareness of architectural and interior design aspects.

16. Working to deadlines and under pressure.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

- Kirti Nagar, New Delhi - 110015, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
