This is a remote position.

**Responsibilities**:
ü Plan and ideate business objectives into a robust and effective go to market strategies for Aparajitha and Simpliance to help the business achieve its goals.

Structure and Management of the marketing department which includes individuals with specialised expertise under:
I. Market Research

II. PR and Branding

III. Digital Marketing

IV. Corporate communication

V. Creative Design

VI. Customer and market targeted initiatives

ü Designing and developing Go to Market initiatives through each of the above specialisation across all revenue generating verticals compromising of Inbound marketing, Outbound Sales outreach, Alliance and Partnerships, Encircling and Product Sales.

ü Work closely with the sales departments to understand potential key market needs and draft proper workflow processes for Go-To-Market plans
