Job Description:

- Periodically Customer Engagement and finding out the opportunity for Cross selling.
- Deliver client-focused solution and in create long-lasting relationships
- Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones, to identify new loan segments
- Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
- Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell the suitable financial product (Insurance/Loan)
- Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution
- Prepare reports on the success of your business endeavors
- Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records
- Check and access the client document to solidify trust and safeguard reputation
- Fulfill all company-established policy obligations

Qualification:

- 1 or 2 years of experience working in the loans industry
- Bachelors in Business or related fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 per month
