Operate and maintain 3D printers, ensuring optimal performance and mínimal downtime.
- Prepare digital files for printing, including slicing and troubleshooting design issues.
- Monitor printing processes to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues that arise during production.
- Perform routine maintenance on printers, including cleaning and replacing parts as needed.
- Inspect and post-process printed parts (e.g., sanding, painting, or assembly) as required.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other team members to refine and optimize printing projects.
- Maintain an organized inventory of materials and ensure the availability of supplies for upcoming projects.
- Document procedures, machine settings, and maintenance logs for reference and quality control.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience operating 3D printers (e.g., FDM, SLA, SLS, or others).
- Proficiency in 3D printing software such as Cura, PrusaSlicer, or proprietary tools.
- Basic understanding of CAD software (e.g., Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Free form, Slicer3D or TinkerCAD) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Mechanical aptitude and a keen interest in technology and innovation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with industrial or large-scale 3D printers.
- Knowledge of materials science, particularly 3D printing filaments, resins, or powders.
- Familiarity with post-processing techniques such as painting, smoothing, or assembling printed parts.
