Oversee the activation of healthcare plans, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction. This role involves requirement analysis, client discussions, launch preparation, vendor management, and post-launch activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Engagement**:

- Analyze client requirements and receive handovers from the sales team.
- Conduct discussions with clients/SPOC to finalize plan activation details.
- Customize user guides, create demos, and prepare creative materials.

**Plan Activation**:

- Implement client feedback and coordinate changes with the marketing team. Confirm go-live dates and ensure all preparations are complete.

**Vendor and Lab Management**:

- Verify vendor credentials, create labs, and validate details in the system. Validate and upload pathology tests, profiles, and packages.

**Plan Management**:

- Create standard, customized, and wallet healthcare plans. Validate plans with approvers and ensure data hygiene for client databases.

**Post-Launch Activities**:

- Send welcome mailers and share activation reports.
- Coordinate with ACM for account management handover.
- Maintain internal and broker repositories, and update Salesforce with plan details.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software.
