**Job Description: IT Sales Executive - Appentus Technologies**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales & Business Development**:
○ Identify and target potential clients for Appentus’ IT solutions, including mobile and web app development, custom software, and digital marketing services.

○ Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. ○ Conduct presentations and product demos to showcase the value of Appentus’ services.

○ Work closely with the marketing team to generate and nurture leads.

**2. Consultative Selling**:
○ Analyze client requirements and provide tailored IT solutions that meet their business needs.

○ Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic advice and guidance to enhance their digital presence.

**3. Sales Target Achievement (TOI)**:
○ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (TOI) as outlined by the management.

○ Track sales progress and proactively work towards hitting revenue and client acquisition goals.

○ Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads, ensuring steady sales conversion.

**4. Sales Reporting & Forecasting**:
○ Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools.

○ Provide regular sales updates, forecasts, and performance reports to senior management.

○ Identify areas of improvement in the sales process and take proactive steps to optimize performance.

**5. Collaboration**:
○ Work closely with the technical and project management teams to ensure a seamless handover of client projects.

○ Collaborate with other departments to drive marketing and sales efforts.

**Target (TOI)**:

- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets (TOI), with a strong focus on both revenue and the number of closed deals.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by identifying new opportunities within both existing and new client accounts.
- Actively contribute to the achievement of the company’s overall revenue and growth goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT sales, particularly in the areas of mobile app development, software solutions, or digital services.
- Strong ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with the latest trends in mobile and web app development, digital marketing, and IT solutions.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Strong understanding of the competitive landscape in IT and technology services.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
