Raising PR - SAP System (Gifting items, clothes, IT related, websites, consultant fees, connectivity related, etc) Follow up - with vendors for material, vendor payments on time with Accounts, follow up with Purchase team.

- Follow up - with vendors for material, vendor payments on time with Accounts, follow up with Purchase team.

**Key Accountabilities (2/6)**:
**Outdoor Duties**
- Legalisation - IMC, Notary, Mantra Laya, Embassy visits, etc (alternatively both).
- Bluedart - Managed Entire Local courier.
- Entire Dispatch - packing of Diwali gifts, books, new year gifts, anything else also packing of materials as per the guidelines shared by Bluedart/DHL, printing addresses, etc.
- Tracking Bills - Bluedart

**Key Accountabilities (3/6)**:
**Co-ordination & follow up**
- Scheduling appointments with IMC & Embassy, managing timings of Mantra Laya, co-ordination with Cipla Delhi office for legalisation, scheduling time for visits at residence, scheduling time for entry at Vikroli office for sample collection.
- Co-ordination with Bhiwandi depot for materials, calendars, Cipla Diary, Cipla
- Caring for life book.

**Key Accountabilities (4/6)**:
**Other Duties**
- Request for PR & DHL from MC's office, other departments as & when required. Helping HR in events for delivering gifts, packing & dispatch of trophies, decoration material for Achievers Awards and other similar duties as & when required. getting’s arranged for engagement activities like Birthday & Farewell. Booking meeting rooms as per requirement like Town Hall, session or for visitors. helping Sweety in expenses.
- Admin help like visiting cards & guest ID for international Emp. Annual Conclave
