Role**:Card Ops**
Experience**:1 year to 5 years**
Job Location**:Powai, Mumbai**
**Eligibility**:
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Non tech graduates (Preferably Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, orrelated field)
**Skills**:
- Knowledge of basic business fundamentals,purchasing and accounting principles
- SQL experience is a plus
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Assigning the transactions to L1 support team,sup porting L1 team with queries
- Performing audits on transactions processedby L1 team.
- Performing reconciliation on Balance sheet, performingreconciliation on payment failure transaction
- Review invoices in Pending Approval / Newstatus (EW and ENS).
- Processing of MI items all expensecommodities
- Mass Update of Unmatched Items
- ENS Weekly Status Report
- Execution of controls to ensure compliancewith different requirements, for instance, charges stuck in MV/P status, inactiveemployees holding active cards, etc.
- Charge reconciliation with SAP accountinginformation
