**We are Urgently hiring for Account Executive | Mumbai |**

**Job Title : Accounts Executive**

**Job Location : Andheri East**

**Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Receivable**:
Generate and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Monitor customer accounts for timely payments and follow up on overdue invoices. Reconcile customer statements and resolve any discrepancies. Maintain a systematic record of accounts receivable transactions.

**Accounts Payable**:
Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Manage vendor relationships and resolve any billing discrepancies. Prepare and process payments to vendors within established timelines. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions.

**Financial Recordkeeping**:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth month-end and year-end closing processes.

**Compliance**:
Stay informed about relevant accounting regulations and compliance requirements. Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.

**Communication**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial information. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as an Accounts Executive in the export industry. Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and payables processes. Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of international accounting practices is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,049.76 - ₹30,472.38 per month
