**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Receivable**:

- Generate and send invoices to customers.
- Track incoming payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Reconcile accounts receivable balances.
- Process receipts and record customer payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all receivables and ensure timely collections.
- **Accounts Payable**:

- Verify and process vendor invoices.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Process payments to vendors through cheques, bank transfers, and other payment modes.
- Maintain records of all payables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payments.
- **GST and Tax Compliance**:

- Handle all GST-related activities, including preparation and filing of GST returns.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of GST reports.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
- Assist in resolving GST-related queries or audits.
- **TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)**:

- Ensure accurate deduction and deposit of TDS as per regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and file TDS returns on time.
- Manage TDS certificates and ensure proper documentation.
- **Invoicing**:

- Create and maintain sales invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Ensure all invoicing complies with applicable legal and tax regulations.
- Maintain a streamlined invoicing process to avoid discrepancies.
- **General Accounting & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper filing.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare periodic financial reports, including cash flow statements, P&L, and balance sheets.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
- **Other Duties**:

- Support in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Continuously update knowledge of accounting standards, laws, and best practices.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in accounts receivable/payable, GST, TDS, and invoicing.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Experience with GST, TDS regulations, and tax compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills to interact with internal teams, vendors, and customers.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in handling audits and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial tools.
- Knowledge of statutory accounting standards and compliance regulations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
