**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing tools and technologies
- Develop and manage social media campaigns across different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Create and curate engaging social media content (text, images, videos).
- Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages.
- Grow brand awareness and community engagement through social media.
- Manage and optimise Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns (Google Ads, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for SEM campaigns.
- Track and analyse website traffic and campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics).
- Generate reports to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives.
- Present data and insights to stakeholders and recommend optimizations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 0-1 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to create compelling and engaging content
- Analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Google Analytics)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proficiency in social media marketing platforms
- Experience with PPC advertising platforms (Google Ads) a plus
- Working knowledge of SEO principles a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
