**Job Summary**:
The Project In-Charge will be responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) projects. This includes planning, coordination, resource allocation, construction supervision, vendor management, and ensuring project completion within budget, time, and quality parameters. The role requires a strong understanding of water/wastewater treatment technologies, project management practices, and regulatory compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning & Execution**:

- Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
- Coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation activities.
- Ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
- **Site Supervision & Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day construction and commissioning activities at site.
- Monitor manpower, equipment, and material usage.
- Conduct site meetings and progress reviews with contractors and consultants.
- **Technical Oversight**:

- Review technical drawings, P&IDs, and layouts for WTP/STP installations.
- Liaise with design teams and resolve technical issues during execution.
- Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical components.
- **Quality & Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant industry codes, standards, and local regulations.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks throughout project lifecycle.
- Maintain documentation for audits and client handovers.
- **Budget & Resource Management**:

- Monitor project budgets, control costs, and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment in line with project timelines.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Act as the point of contact between client, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
- Handle client inspections and ensure prompt resolution of issues.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Experience of 20-25 years in Wtp/Stp projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in execution of WTP/STP projects (EPC or O&M exposure preferred).
- Strong knowledge of treatment technologies (MBR, MBBR, SBR, UF, RO, etc.).
- Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
