**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
- Create engaging content for social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and suggest new strategies to enhance our online presence.
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales and product development, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Content writing, verbal Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Experience managing digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software is a plus.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant certifications are desirable.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
