Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Singanallur, Coimbatore

Type: Full-time, Work from Office

Company Overview: We are a manufacturing company primarily focused on B2B sales in multiple regions of Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Maharashtra, and Gujarat. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to handle our digital marketing responsibilities and help us grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting research and analyzing data to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals and objectives.
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, including ROI and KPIs.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Identifying and implementing new growth opportunities.
- Managing budgets and resources effectively.
- Managing relationships with vendors, agencies, and other external partners as needed.

Key Result Areas:

- Developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Increasing website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Generating leads and driving revenue growth.
- Managing budgets and resources effectively.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Key Performance Indicators:

- Website traffic and engagement metrics (e.g. sessions, bounce rate, time on site).
- Conversion rates (e.g. leads, sales).
- Cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Social media engagement and follower growth
- SEO performance (e.g. keyword rankings, organic traffic).
- Content marketing performance (e.g. engagement, shares, backlinks).
- Budget and resource utilization efficiency.
- Overall revenue growth and profitability.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of industry tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Hootsuite.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
