
Front Desk Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Front Desk Executive. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients visiting our center, providing exceptional customer service while also managing client relationships to ensure a positive and enriching experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Front Desk Duties:
- Greet clients warmly as they arrive at the center and assist them with check-in procedures.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Should make cold calls and Schedule appointments for various services, including Ayurvedic treatments, therapies, and consultations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area and reception area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty to the center.
- Should handled the client enquiries.
- Collect and update client information in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Follow up with clients to gather feedback on their experiences and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with other departments within the center to ensure seamless communication and collaboration in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as processing payments, managing invoices, and maintaining records.
- Prepare and distribute promotional materials and newsletters to clients to promote center offerings and events.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling workshops, events, and special programs offered by the center.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate
- Holding 1-3 years of experience as a Front desk/CRM/Telecalling/ cold calling/lead generation etc. Preferred form Hospitality or hospitals or wellness centers.
- Good communication skills Hindi, English and Marathi.
- Hands on experience in MS office, Excel.
- Knowledge of wellness principles and practices, particularly in Ayurveda, yoga, or meditation, is preferred but not required.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive and welcoming environment for clients.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
