**Qualifications**:

- Proactive and ability to work independently and fast learner
- Good communication skills
- Apart from English, German/Spanish/French/Italian/any other local European languages will be an advantage.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct high-volume calls to European companies (architecture firms, construction, engineering consultancies) to introduce BIM services.
- Identify client needs, explain BIM offerings, and highlight the benefits of adopting our solutions.
- Focus on addressing client challenges and showcasing BIM's value in improving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and project outcomes.
- Conduct initial conversations, assess project requirements, and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain and update leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate tracking in CRM.
- Organize meetings (phone, video, in-person) between clients and relevant team members, considering client availability and time zones.
- Understand client pain points and establish trust to foster long-term relationships.
- Work with sales and business development teams to ensure smooth transitions to deeper discussions.
- Log all communications in the CRM, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records.
- Provide regular reports on call activities, conversion rates, and insights for strategy improvement.
- Monitor feedback to refine outreach strategies and service offerings.
