**Your responsibilities**:
**Role**: as a Scrum Master you are responsible for coaching the team, welcome the changes and remove the impediments. You represent your teams in the agile release train.

**Responsibilities**:

- You are responsible for handling the team backlog for VCP project along with PO
- You organize the scrum meetings and also remove the blockers of the team
- You take the responsibility of the scrum team and represent the team

Foster the agile mindset to the scrum team

- Good to have Autosar knowledge
- Expert in maintenance and adaption of concept, plan, and strategy
- Expert knowledge in stakeholder communication, reporting and documentation
- You have a profound knowledge of software development processes and the V-model
- You are a well-structured person that has a good technical understanding
- You are well-versed in communication skills and are good at storytelling
- You have good project management capabilities
- You have conflict resolution and mediation skills
- Depending on the set up you will need intercultural competencies
- You are Knowledgeable in the competitive landscape
