Our client is a 100-year-old multinational hi-tec healthcare device manufacturer with multibillion-dollar revenue with their operations spread across in more than 100 countries. They have their GIC in Gurgaon, India for several years. Now with the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA in 2019 they wanted to expand their IT team and hence are looking for best talents for their GIC in Gurgaon.

**Role**: SAP RTR Controlling Architect

**Location**: Gurgaon

**Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accountancy

**Experience**: 7 - 10 Years

**Summary of overall job**:

- SAP Record to Report, Controlling Architect - Finance and Controlling Applications will collaborate with business stakeholders, consultants to help design, develop, deploy, and support solutions in SAP S/4HANA. The incumbent will also play a critical role in supporting the developing the architecture and implementation of SAP S4HANA within the operating subsidiaries and the holding company for Terumo in North and South America. Support SAP COE in testing and validation efforts related to Maintenance Patches, Version Upgrades, and integration on New Bolt-on Applications from time to time as required.

**Essential Experience**:

- Total 8 Years of Experience with SAP Implementation / Support (SAP FI and CO) with atleast one support or implementation exp in S/4 HANA.
- 2+ Years of Experience in Medical Device/Life Science industry Preferable.
- Experience with major large, complex multi country end to end SAP S/4 HANA transformation programs
- Strong Knowledge of integration with MTD, OTC and STP.
- Cross Functional SAP Knowledge with MTD, OTC, STP, LWM and Tax (OneSource)..
- Good support experience along with the very good integration knowledge
- Responsible for quality, management and maintenance of development templates, standards, documents and repository throughout the project and later
- Implement and maintain change and release management process for all process teams

**Key Role/Job Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning & Execution (90%)**
- Support SAP Finance and Controlling Solutions in client Landscape
- Integration experience of connecting SAP Ariba to backend ERP systems (SAP and Non-SAP) through SAP Cloud Integration platform.
- SAP S4 HANA FICO Incident Management Resolution
- SAP S4 HANA FICO Change Requests and Enhancement Resolution
- Provide functional advisory support to ad hoc SAP/Non-SAP led initiatives in other subsidiaries to support managerial decision making
- Work with Consultants/Developers to clarify any requirements as needed.
- Perform unit testing and ensure satisfaction of the documented requirements
- Timely Development and communication of weekly/monthly/quarterly status reports
- Perform Fit/Gap assessment and finalize functional specifications.
- Enhance Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, WIP/Variance and General Ledger processes through the development of regionally relevant solutions to meet business needs
- **People Management (10%)**

- Complete ownership of R2R Incidents and Assign to self and Team and work towards resolution and help the team.
- Evaluate effort estimations for change requests based on resource availability and work with the technical team on delivery of quality changes to production on time
- Co-ordinate with Client SAP COE Team
