**Job Summary**

We are seeking a self-motivated and innovative individual to join our hotel team as a **Front Office Strategy Coordinator**. This hybrid role combines day-to-day reception duties with strategic responsibilities to drive growth and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager and Owner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences while analyzing KPIs, implementing strategies, and contributing to the overall success of the hotel.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Operational Duties**
- Assist the Front Office Supervisor in managing all front desk operations.
- Greet and welcome guests, providing comprehensive information about the hotel and surrounding area.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency.
- Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely, professional manner.
- Assist in managing reservations, updating guest information in the system as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and managing mail.
- Process financial transactions, including payments and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues.
- Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor with guests, colleagues, and management.

**Strategic and Analytical Duties**
- Analyze hotel performance metrics (e.g., ARR, RevPAR, TrevPAR, RTI, occupancy) to identify growth opportunities.
- Create detailed reports to track income, expenses, and KPI performance.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for revenue growth, cost optimization, and guest satisfaction improvement.
- Suggest and execute strategies to drive occupancy during both peak and off-peak periods.
- Regularly evaluate processes and propose improvements to enhance overall efficiency and profitability.

**Skills and Experience**

**Essential**:

- Educated to degree level (or equivalent experience).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with hotel management software.
- Experience with strategic planning and growth management in a hotel environment.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and key performance indicators.
- **Languages**: Fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi (written and spoken).
