**Kibo Sciences**is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staff Nurse to join our growing team.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Pre-operative Care**:

- Greet and prepare patients for procedures, including taking vital signs and reviewing medical history.
- Explain the procedure to patients and address any concerns.
- Administer pre-operative medications as prescribed.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- **Intra-operative Assistance**:

- Assist the surgeon during hair transplant procedures, including preparing and handling instruments, supplies, and equipment.
- Maintain a sterile field and adhere to strict infection control protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and comfort levels during the procedure.
- Assist the doctors in different hair regrowth procedures
- Perform venepuncture for all the procedures wherever necessary.
- Administer IV fluids and emergency medications as and when advised by the surgeon.
- Assist the surgeon to manage any medical emergencies during the procedure.
- **Post-operative Care**:

- Provide post-operative instructions to patients regarding wound care, medication, and follow-up appointments.
- Monitor patients for any complications and report any concerns to the surgeon.
- Administer post-operative medications as prescribed.
- Dress wounds and provide wound care education.
- **Patient Education**:

- Educate patients on hair transplant procedures, aftercare instructions, and expected outcomes.
- Address patient questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the patient's journey.
- **Clinic Operations**:

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the operating room, treatment rooms, and patient areas.
- Sterilize instruments and equipment according to established protocols.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Adhere to all clinic policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

**Qualifications**:

- **B.Sc. Nursing or General Nursing & Midwifery(GNM).**:

- **Valid Registration in Indian Nursing Council(INC).**:

- Proven experience as a Staff Nurse, preferably in a surgical or dermatology setting. Experience in hair transplantation is a plus.
- Ability to handle surgical instruments, graft handling, and patient monitoring.
- Proficiency in pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care for hair transplant patients.
- Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach.

**Preferred Qualifications**

CPR and First Aid Certification.
