**Responsibilities**:

- Perform laboratory tests and procedures with accuracy and precision.
- Collect, analyze, and document various specimens, such as blood, urine, and tissue samples.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Prepare and interpret reports, documenting and communicating results to medical professionals.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Keep abreast of new developments and advancements in laboratory techniques and technologies.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification or training as a Lab Technician is preferred.
- Prior experience in a laboratory setting is desirable, but freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Salary**: 15,000 to 18,000 INR (depending on qualifications and experience)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
