**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage daily office administration tasks.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and executive schedules.
- Maintain organized records, reports, and databases.
- Handle procurement, office supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and company guidelines.
- Manage travel bookings and Hotel Bookings for the staff
- Assist in Legal and compliance activities at the organization
- Support HR functions, including on boarding and employee records.
- Assist in document preparation, presentations, and reports.
- Monitor office expenses and maintain financial records.
- Ensure smooth office operations and resolve administrative issues.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate office events, team activities, and corporate meetings.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Proven experience of 5 years or more as an Admin Executive, Administrative Officer, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and administrative practices.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
