Blending Supervisor

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Remain aware of the days as well as future production plans.
- Ensure proper allocation of Labour and staff on drums.
- Instruct all process clerks appropriately about intricacies of the days production.
- Estimate and arrange sufficient number of empty recipe pallets.
- Maintain record of pallet wise; blend type wise RM laying.
- Seamless laying of RM Bags from different sources.
- Call RM Bags from own warehouse through crane for laying.
- Understand and execute the process of full / return and empties in ASRS.
- Ensure completion of recipe pallets with RM from different locations.
- Ensure correctness of Lots called for preparation of recipe pallets.
- Obtain next day’s program, print, segregate, arrange and distribute Issue papers for the same.
- Tally the transfer slip with location sheet.
- In case of wrong issues, inform concerned seniors immediately for corrective action.
- Take prompt and appropriate action in case of any change in Blend Papers.
- Ensure only reserved bags are kept in Blending Section.
- Verify bags of each blend as per recipe when it is completed.
- Match / Tally the stock as per Opening + Receipts - Consumption - Transfers = Closing on a daily basis.
- Keep close watch of Manpower deployment and optimum usage and track & record productivity.
- Ensure accurate marking of Blend Type and Blend Number on each Recipe Pallet.
