**Role Description**

The role will be within the NFRM policy & NFRTT Governance team. The individual will be a major contributor to the Non-Financial Risk Type Taxonomy (NFRTT) maintenance, annual refresh and NFRTT strategic changes. Besides this, as part of an agile team, the role will contribute to updates of NFRM policies & procedures, to ensure documents remain up-to date and aligned with regulations.

As part of this role you will work with global stakeholders from NFRM and other Infrastructure Functions

**Your key responsibilities**

Maintain, govern, enhance and simplify the NFRTT documentation
- Regular update of RTC Contacts
- Keep NFRTT SharePoint up-to-date

Govern the NFRTT annual review by.
- Review and challenge RTC submissions and clarify open questions with RTC Contacts
- Ensure the submitted details are correctly reflected in the final published material
- Prepare summary slides for formal governance process

Participate in the design of future state ORTT Contribute to policy related activities of the team with regard to the regular review and update of NFRM owned policies & procedures
- Review and align NFRM owned policies and procedures to bank-wide policy standards
- Maintain the NFRM master Glossary

**Your skills and experience**

**Experience.**
- Relevant professional qualifications are MSc / MA / MBA / CA / CFA, etc.
- Experience of working on a time critical topics and working with group-wide counterparts
- Experience on NFR Framework topics

**Competencies**:

- Excellent partnering and communication skills as well as stakeholder management combined with the ability to successfully navigate in a complex organization, build strong relationships and work collaboratively with the own and other teams
- Able to work as part of an international team, but also self-reliant
- Good working experience in MS Office (incl. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
(especially Word functionalities)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
