**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to students' proficiency levels.
- Teach Japanese grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing systems (Hiragana, Katakana, Kanji).
- Incorporate interactive activities to improve listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Assess students' progress through tests, assignments, and class participation.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students.
- Encourage cultural appreciation by introducing Japanese customs, traditions, and etiquette.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including multimedia resources, games, and role-playing.
- Maintain a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Communicate with parents, guardians, or institutions regarding student progress and concerns (if applicable).
- Stay updated on best practices and advancements in language education.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Japanese (Native or JLPT N1/N2 level).
- Master’s degree or PHD in Japanese Language, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Teaching certification (such as a TEFL/TESOL certificate for teaching Japanese as a foreign language) is a plus.
- Previous teaching experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for language teaching and cultural exchange.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with diverse age groups (children, teenagers, adults).
- Knowledge of digital tools and online teaching platforms.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Doctorate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 3 years (preferred)
- Making lesson plans: 1 year (preferred)
