**Overview**:
As an Interior Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the production operations within our interior design manufacturing facility. You will ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards, optimizing processes, and fostering a safe working environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Production Planning and Scheduling**: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
- **Supervision and Leadership**: Lead a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high levels of productivity and morale.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor product quality at various stages of production, implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain quality standards.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously identify opportunities to improve production processes, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to create a safe working environment for all employees.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments such as design, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth coordination across the production process.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Generate reports on production performance, including key metrics such as productivity, efficiency, and quality, and provide analysis to inform decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in production supervision, preferably in the interior design or furniture manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Knowledge of production planning and scheduling principles.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
