**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inbound and Outbound Calls**: Handle incoming inquiries and make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- **Lead Conversion**: Convince and convert potential inquiries into successful admissions.
- **Follow-ups**: Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective students to ensure a seamless counselling experience.
- **Database Management**: Update and maintain records of leads, inquiries, and conversations in the system.
- **Customer Service**: Address any queries, concerns, or doubts professionally and efficiently.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure updated information on courses and universities.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Fluency in **Kannada and English** (spoken and written).
- Basic knowledge of universities and their programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using computers and telecommunication systems.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work under pressure.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Prior experience in education counselling or telecalling is an advantage.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
