**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cleaning & Sanitation**:

- Clean and sanitize all dishware, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring they meet health and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining areas, storage spaces, and back-of-house areas.
- Properly dispose of waste and recycling according to restaurant policies.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, floors, walls, and equipment after each use to ensure the kitchen remains hygienic.
- **Dishwashing & Equipment Maintenance**:

- Operate dishwashing machines, scrub, and rinse dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
- Ensure that dishwashing equipment is in good working order and report any malfunctions to the management.
- Assist in restocking kitchen utensils, cutlery, and crockery after cleaning and ensure supplies are organized and available.
- **Assistance to Kitchen & Service Staff**:

- Assist in food preparation as directed by the chef or kitchen staff, including washing and chopping vegetables or organizing ingredients.
- Transport food and supplies from the kitchen to the service area.
- Help set up and clean down dining areas before and after service.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and alert management when supplies need to be replenished.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to all restaurant hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Follow proper food safety practices and ensure all items are stored appropriately (e.g., temperature control, labeling).
- Maintain a safe working environment by following cleaning procedures and using personal protective equipment as necessary.
- **Stock Control**:

- Monitor and ensure the proper storage of cleaning materials, kitchen tools, and other supplies.
- Support the management team with the organization of kitchen and restaurant supplies.
- **Customer Service Support**:

- Assist servers with minor tasks such as refilling condiments, sauces, and other guest needs during service.
- Provide any additional support to waitstaff as required to ensure guests receive prompt service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
