We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Telesales Representative to join our growing and impactful team in India We specialise in selling Merchant Services to businesses in the UK, and beyond just helping them accept payments, we're also a company that does good. Through our partnership with tree planting projects, a portion of the value of every card payment our customers process goes towards planting trees and supporting communities abroad. **In this role, you will be responsible for**:
- **Generating leads**: You will use your excellent communication skills to make cold calls to UK businesses, identifying potential customers for our merchant services solutions, including card machines, online payments, and virtual terminals.
- **Closing deals**: You will take ownership of generated leads, building rapport with potential customers, understanding their needs, and converting them into paying customers.
- **Nurturing leads**: You will work closely with marketing qualified leads, making warm calls to progress them through the sales funnel and secure sales.
- **Building relationships**: You will proactively request referrals from satisfied customers, expanding our reach and generating new leads.
- **Building a pipeline**: You will consistently identify and qualify sales opportunities, ensuring a healthy pipeline for future growth.
- **Exceeding targets**: You will be ambitious and target-driven, consistently exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
- Minimum English language proficiency of C1 Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build rapport and trust with customers over the phone.
- A strong work ethic, with a focus on achieving targets.
- A results-oriented approach with the ability to close deals.
- Experience with high-volume cold calling is highly beneficial.
- The ability to obtain merchant statements from prospects to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- While not essential, some experience in sales would be a plus.
