**Position**: Marketing Executive (Eyewear Industry)
**Location**: Mumbai, Churchgate
**Reporting to**: Marketing Manager

**Job Summary**

**Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Marketing and Partner Support**:

- Develop tailored marketing campaigns to support opticians, distributors, and retail partners.
- Create and distribute marketing toolkits, including brochures, product catalogues, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and target markets.

**Trade Marketing**:

- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to enhance the visibility of our products in optical stores and among B2B partners.
- Work with retail partners to organize in-store activations, displays, and co-branded promotions.
- Develop product training materials and conduct workshops/webinars for partners.

**Digital Marketing for B2B**:

- Maintain and update the B2B portal or website with relevant product information, promotions, and resources.
- Leverage LinkedIn and other professional platforms to engage with key industry stakeholders.

**Event Management**:

- Coordinate participation in trade shows and exhibitions (e.g., SILMO, Vision Expo).
- Organize exclusive partner events, such as product launches, trunk shows, and networking dinners.
- Ensure the brand is effectively represented at all B2B industry events.

**Market Research and Insights**:

- Monitor eyewear industry trends and competitor activities in the B2B space.
- Gather feedback from partners to identify opportunities for improvement in products or services.
- Analyze sales data to understand market performance and inform future marketing strategies.

**Content Creation**:

- Develop targeted content for trade publications, newsletters, and partner communications.
- Work with designers to create high-quality marketing assets, including POS materials and product catalogues.

**Qualifications and SkillsEducation**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 1+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketing in the eyewear, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
- Familiarity with the eyewear industry and optical retail environment is a strong advantage.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially in a B2B context.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and campaign performance metrics.
- Project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
