**Position Overview**:
To take charge of the entire IT infrastructure, supporting approximately 50 users with excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:
**1.Network Administration**:

- Maintain and troubleshoot the company's network infrastructure.
- Ensure network security and implement best practices for data protection.

**2.System Maintenance**:

- Perform regular system updates and patches to ensure optimal performance.

**3.User Support**:

- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up and configuring their workstations.

**4 Security Management**:

- Implement and monitor security measures to safeguard company data.
- Conduct regular security audits and address vulnerabilities.

**5.Backup and Recovery**:

- Establish and maintain data backup processes to prevent data loss.
- Develop and test disaster recovery procedures.

**6.Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies.

**7.Documentation**:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT processes and configurations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support or system administration.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of networking protocols and security measures.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Additional Requirements**:
**Loan Management System (LMS) Proficiency**:

- Ability to quickly learn and understand the functionality of the Loan Management System software.
- Provide guidance and support to users regarding the Loan Management System, addressing queries and offering clarification as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
