- The Operational Controls Testing Team is responsible to design, perform and manage periodic tests on various regulatory requirements and regulatory bodies.
- The Senior Auditor will need to adapt regulatory and internal processes and understand the requirements to be able to efficiently create a testing procedure.
- Should be able to communicate the deviations to the concerned Business Units and Testing leadership based on the results of the initial testing procedure.
- Maintain required documentations and records for all tests developed and performed, work on ad-hoc tasks and projects.
- The agent will need to assist in performing analysis and reports for the management, as and when required.

**JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Independently manage and develop testing for Forward / Reverse Servicing end to end process.
- Should have a strong understanding of both Forward and Reverse Servicing Process.
- Should be capable of understanding processes and related risks and preparing testing plans.
- Communicating development status verbally and in writing to senior management.
- Provide regular updates to management and process owners on the development outcomes.
- Work with various business unit representatives and process owners to review and test internal systems and processes.
- Investigate opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
- Maintain and update appropriate audit scripts.

**QUALIFICATION**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of fifteen years of education. Chartered Accountant or MBA is a plus.
- Exposure to Six Sigma Methodology will be an added bonus.
- Effective communication and analytical skills required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required.
- No documented disciplinary action in the past 12 months.
- Should have an Appraisal rating of ‘Fully Meets Expectations’ or above in the last completed performance cycle.
- Should have completed 12 months in the organization and 9 months in the current role.
