**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of Process Management (SolDoc) systems.
- Provide expertise in CHARM to ensure effective change and release management.
- Manage and optimize the use of Solution Manager for project and process management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all technology solutions and processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of technology solutions.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with technology implementations.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
- Facilitate training and knowledge transfer sessions for team members.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of technology processes and practices.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong background in Process Management (SolDoc) with extensive hands-on experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in CHARM for effective change and release management.
- Have in-depth knowledge of Solution Manager for project and process management.
- Experience in OMICS Data Analysis is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Structural Biology & Modelling is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Proven track record of successfully leading technology projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field is preferred.

**Certifications Required**

Certified Solution Manager Consultant ITIL Certification PMP Certification is a plus.
