**Key Responsibilities**

*System Maintenance: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, servers, and network devices.

*Operating System Management: Manage and update various operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS, etc.) including patch management, security updates, and version upgrades.

*Endpoint Management: Administer and support all endpoints (laptops, desktops, tablets, etc.), ensuring security compliance and efficient operation across the organization.

*Inventory Tracking: Maintain and track the company's IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and network devices.

*Troubleshooting: Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, working to resolve problems promptly and effectively.

*User Support: Assist end-users with system-related issues, both remotely and on-site.

*Network Security: Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard company data and systems from unauthorized access and potential threats.

*Documentation: Maintain accurate records of systems, configurations, and updates. Create and update system documentation as required.

*Collaboration: Work closely with other IT staff and departments to identify needs, plan upgrades, and provide solutions.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT support role.
- Proficiency in managing and supporting multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS, etc.).
- Experience with patch management tools and endpoint management solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
- Experience with inventory management and asset tracking for IT hardware and software.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, firewalls, and security protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or Linux certifications.
- Experience with cloud platforms and storage solutions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
