**JOB DESCRIPTION** Job Responsibilities & Activities**

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Support Associate to join our Digital Product Team within J.P. Morgan Private Bank. You will play a crucial role in supporting our digital team by responding to user feedback, assisting the front office, and driving user adoption & digital improvements for our platforms. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of digital products, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive the next generation of digital capabilities to advance our Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform. You will work with a host of product managers, technology partners, designers, and management stakeholders. Your ability to understand advisor needs, support the digital team, and ensure timely execution is critical for success.

**Specific Responsibilities Include**:

- Serve as a point person within the digital product team to own and manage updates to key product areas and ongoing enhancements.
- Drive enhancements to our platform to make advisors' lives easier and help grow our business.
- Gather, organize, and assimilate internal and external feedback to identify and prioritize product gaps, enhancements, and new features.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering to prioritize and plan enhancements or bug fixes based on user feedback.
- Attend regular meetings with the product team and technology partners to discuss ongoing issues, feedback, and product updates.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features or updates to ensure they meet user needs and quality standards.
- Inform key stakeholders of new product features and upcoming changes.
- Help define the strategic vision for the ideal advisor-to-client digital experience for the future.
- Support, plan, and execute product releases and product maintenance updates.
- Prepare presentations and management briefings on status and next steps of key deliverables.

**On a regular basis, this would include**:

- Working with Front Office Users to understand their pain points with the products
- Driving requirements grooming for product deliverables to deliver business value
- Collaborating with UX design to drive a better user experience.
- Coordinate with other Digital Product owners on overlapping features across our CRM platform
- Documenting user stories and acceptance criteria, test plans, and text execution documents, JIRA and Confluence maintenance
- Reviewing product Feedback & responding to product questions from stakeholders
- Attending regular Stand ups and Sprint Planning sessions to update Dev & Product stakeholders on progress
- Assisting with validating/escalating production issues for their product

**Testing Responsibilities**:

- Driving testing effectiveness and efficiency across our CRM Platform
- Testing digital products across our platform to ensure they meet design specifications and are free of bugs and errors.
- Leading regression testing efforts across our core business flows to save valuable time & scale our platform.
- Collaborating with development teams to resolve issues and provide feedback on design, usability, and functionality.
- Creating test plans and test cases that thoroughly test the features and functionalities of digital products.
- Performing exploratory testing to identify defects and report them to the development team.
- Participating in the development of test automation strategies, tools, and scripts.
- Continuously monitoring and provide feedback on the user experience of digital products.
- Participating in continuous improvement efforts for the testing process, including identifying and recommending new tools and techniques for testing

**Personal Attributes & Requirements**
- University degree holder (including MBA / CFA) and / or with 5-10 years of professional experience in a similar capacity
- Strong knowledge of Private Bank product offerings, asset class knowledge
- Inclination to understand market dynamics and develop expertise
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagements skills
- PowerPoint and Excel expertise required
- Strong understanding of the needs and sensitivities of client management
- Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters
- Able to work under mínimal supervision; adaptable to work in demanding environment
- Detail-oriented and results-focused
- Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
- Should be flexible with EMEA /LATAM shifts
