Key Responsibilities:

- Under general supervision design, develop, and test solutions to automate processes, activities, and tasks through RPA and enhanced workflow automation platforms.
- Participate in requirements gathering and design through client meeting, interviews, and workshops.
- Performing database modelling along with intermediate database tuning
- Performing code optimization and identifying potential issues and defects
- Performing effort estimation for each line items of the business requirement document (BRD)
- Gap analysis through BRD review and highlighting the same in BRD
- Plan and participate in deployment of RPA platform components, including bots, orchestrators, development tools, and systems integrations, to meet enterprise requirements for security, scalability, and performance.
- Provide technical direction on design considerations, including performance, scalability, reusability, availability, maintainability, and auditability.
- Participates in demos, code reviews, and communicates ideas for continuous project improvement.
- Participate in QA testing activities, including testing at the task and end-to-end process levels, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve problems and issues. Report, track, and address defects.
- Document technical designs, release notes, and other project documentation to support development, security, operations, and maintenance
- Working with the operational teams during the UAT and roll-out
- Fixing bugs during UAT and SIT
- Performing administrative jobs in the Blue Prism live environment, for example, running processes, viewing logs, maintaining resource PCs, etc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
- 4 - 6+ years of software development experience in automation projects and/or RPA Developer Certification.
- Experience and/or certifications on RPA software tools (e.g., Blue Prism, Power Automate, UiPath) preferred. Certifications will be a plus.
- Experience in discovery of automation possibilities across multiple process is desired
- Experience across the SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support and maintenance.
- Familiarity, and/or experience with BI data analytics techniques and tools are preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work well with business unit SME’s, Business Analysts, vendors, and end users in crossfunctional teams.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding client expectations, personal performance expectations, and achieving project goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the RPA technology to add value to the project
- Performing Proof of Concepts for feasibility analysis for the proposed automated solution
- Following best practices for code development, reviews, and releases
- Can do approach and a positive attitude to support the project as and when required
