**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. **Automation Leadership**:

- Provide leadership in automation strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of RPA solutions, with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and integration with existing enterprise systems.
- Ensure high standards in automation delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

**2. **Process Analysis & Solution Architecture**:

- Lead process analysis to identify automation opportunities and design efficient workflows.
- Architect complex RPA solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and integration with other systems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for solution architecture and design processes.

**3. **Development & Best Practices**:

- Oversee and guide the development of RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Implement best practices in bot development, deployment, and monitoring to ensure reliability and maintainability of RPA solutions.

**4. **Advanced Troubleshooting**:

- Perform advanced troubleshooting and debugging of automation workflows.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues in RPA implementations, ensuring mínimal business disruption.

**5. **Technical Leadership & Team Management**:

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the RPA development team.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging collaboration and skill development.
- Adapt quickly to changing business environments and lead the team in delivering business-critical results.

**6. **Stakeholder Management**:

- Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate the benefits and progress of automation initiatives.
- Drive stakeholder collaboration to ensure alignment with business goals and seamless integration of RPA solutions.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of automation leadership experience, with 7+ years working with UiPath or RPA technologies.
- Proven experience in architecting and designing scalable and complex RPA solutions.
- Strong expertise in UiPath Studio and other RPA tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams in an agile environment.
- Experience in setting and enforcing coding standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in automation with other tools such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or other RPA platforms.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), or other emerging technologies as they relate to automation.
- Certification in UiPath Advanced RPA Developer or Solution Architect.
