Roles & Responsibilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; have the ability to motivate and lead a team of drivers and support staff;
- Deep knowledge in scheduling and planning of routes and trips and ability to communicate requirements effectively to relevant parties;
- Provide guidance and support to ensure that routes and trips are planned efficiently to maximize the use of resources;
- Ensure that scheduled trips are fulfilled to requirement;
- Provide customer support and ensure that customers' requirements are fulfilled satisfactorily and on time. Ensure that service level is maintained at all times;
- Administrative follow up and reporting duties as necessary;
- Experience in the transport/ logistics industry is preferred but not necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Independent, self thinker, and self-starter, with a service-oriented mindset.
- Able to communicate effectively and interact with all kinds of people.
- Organizational skills and an organized mindset are important, as with the ability to multi-task and be meticulous.
- Minimum 5 Years experience
